President
As President of the Roth Family Charitable Foundation, I’m proud to combine my background in finance with a deep commitment to creating positive change in the community. My academic and professional experience has focused on financial operations within the hospitality and nonprofit sectors—fields where thoughtful stewardship and people-centered impact go hand in hand.
The inspiration for this foundation comes from the values I was raised with: compassion for others, a strong sense of responsibility to our community, and a belief that everyone deserves a chance to thrive. Whether it's creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities, ensuring young people have access to music education, or supporting the well-being of animals, each focus area represents something deeply meaningful to me and my family. These aren’t just causes—they’re reflections of the people and experiences that have shaped who we are.

After a rewarding 30-plus-year career as an entrepreneur focused on transforming private startup consumer products companies into category leaders, I am honored to give back through our private foundation, The Roth Family Charitable Foundation. Our foundation, funded solely by the Roth Family, is dedicated to supporting organizations that improve the lives of individuals with intellectual, physical, and emotional challenges. Growing up in a large family of seven children, I was inspired by my oldest brother, who faced the challenges of an intellectual disability with remarkable courage and determination. My parents, refusing to accept society’s limited expectations for his life, fought tirelessly to provide him with normal life opportunities, despite the lack of resources available at the time. Their compassion and tenacity, with limited professional support, were the driving forces behind the creation of this foundation.
My brother cherished the simple pleasures of daily life that many of us take for granted. Interpersonal interactions, community involvement, and self-dependency brought him the most joy, yet these were often the hardest to achieve. The Roth Family Charitable Foundation is driven by the ongoing pursuit of providing enhanced opportunities for individuals with intellectual, physical, and emotional disabilities to achieve these ideals.
Together, our family strives to provide resources to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

With a deep passion for giving back and a strong foundation in service and accounting, I’m proud to bring both heart and experience to the Roth Family Charitable Foundation. Throughout my career, I’ve always valued precision and care—qualities that carry through in everything I do, especially when it comes to supporting our community.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to volunteer with a wide range of organizations, from local high schools to food banks, and have seen firsthand the difference that compassion and commitment can make. It’s been especially meaningful to work directly with individuals and families impacted by the efforts of our foundation.
